In the Skagit Rotary Club, we believe in the power of community service and the development of Skagit County’s next generation of leaders. That's why we are excited to introduce our Early Career Advancement Program, designed specifically for local people early in their career looking to make a positive impact and grow both personally and professionally.

About Skagit Rotary Club
Founded on the principles of "Service Above Self," the Skagit Rotary Club has been a cornerstone of our community since 1985. We are committed to making the world a better place through service projects, scholarships, building community, and annual philanthropic grants to local initiatives.

The Early Career Advancement Program
Our Early Career Advancement Program is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for young professionals and aspiring leaders in Skagit County. This program offers a one-year introductory membership to the Skagit Rotary Club, providing you with access to a vast network of experienced professionals and community leaders. One of the best parts of the program is the mentorship component, where one of the Skagit Rotarians will “show you the ropes,” and help make professional connections and support tailored to the individual.

Key Program Features

1. Mentorship: As a participant in our program, you'll be paired with a seasoned Rotary member who will serve as your mentor throughout the year. This mentorship will be invaluable for your personal and professional growth.

2. Community Engagement: Get involved in meaningful community service projects that align with our motto, "Service Above Self." It's an opportunity to give back and make a real difference in Skagit County.

3. Leadership Development: Access to leadership training and development opportunities to help you hone your leadership skills and become an effective community leader.

4. Networking: Build lasting relationships with like-minded individuals who share your commitment to service and community improvement.

5. Rotary International: Gain exposure to Rotary International, a global network of clubs that share our values and objectives. This opens up a world of opportunities beyond Skagit County.
